We begin by building a sound understanding of your business and technical needs. We meet with your managers and carefully qualify all aspects of the project(s) requirements in detail. We will review with you, our understanding of your requirements reducing the chance of any misunderstandings.

Once we are both clear on the needs of the project(s) and agree to proceed, we begin a planned and diligent search. Our candidate recruiting process includes: 2-3 levels of personal interviews; detailed technical evaluation (in-person and computer testing); 3 levels of reference checking on each of the previous two projects and finally careful matching with the defined requirements.

Due to our in-depth interviewing process we only present the most qualified candidates possible. We assume complete responsibility of ensuring that you do not waste your valuable time interviewing unqualified candidates. We perform the same rigorous and comprehensive recruiting process regardless, whether you are hiring on a temporary contract, contract-to-hire or permanent basis.
